Early years providers seeing a 'significant' increase in the number of staff leaving the sector

Over eight in 10 providers are finding it difficult to hire suitable new early years staff and more than two in five are seeing a ‘significant’ increase in the number of staff leaving the sector compared to this time two years ago, finds survey.
