Gordon Brown urges Government to abolish two-child limit to reduce poverty

Gordon Brown has called for the ‘total abolition’ of the two-child limit which he says is responsible for increasing numbers of children in poverty and necessary for the Government to achieve its target of 75 per cent of all children being 'school-ready' by 2028.
