Synopsis
Puddicome, a former Buddhist monk, advocates the benefits of spending ten minutes a day meditating. He suggests that once the techniques outlined in this book have been learned and mastered these skills will stay with the learner for the rest of their life.
More secular than mystic, the techniques are designed to relieve stress and re-establish personal control in a fast moving world and may be useful to teach pupils, especially during stressful assessment periods.
