PISA 2015 results (Volume V): Collaborative problem solving

Synopsis

One of five volumes sharing the results of the PISA 2015 survey. It explores students' ability to work collaboratively to solve problems, and suggessts ways in which initiatives such as physical education can help develop teamworking and social skills, as well as positive attitudes towards collaborative working. It also demonstrates that diversity is a key factor in better collaboration skills, as well as how positive relationships can be developed through social activities in schools to improve constructive relationships between pupils. 

Additionally, it advocates for a greater focus on classroom management and whole-school methods of tackling school bullying.
